KaKa Camera 中文隐私政策
1. 政策范围
本政策适用于由 xdx_lab 提供的 KaKa Camera iOS App。KaKa Camera 不要求注册账号，不包含广告或第三方统计 SDK，也不会发起网络请求。
2. 相机权限
App 使用相机权限提供取景与拍摄功能。相机画面、拍摄结果和胶卷滤镜均在设备本地处理，不会上传或缓存到任何服务器。
3. App 内照片
拍摄的照片保存在 App 自己的本地存储空间中，其他 App 无法直接读取。卸载 KaKa Camera 时，这些本地照片会随 App 数据一起被系统删除；请提前将需要保留的照片保存到系统「照片」。
4. 系统「照片」权限
只有当你主动选择保存照片时，App 才会申请“仅添加照片”权限，并向系统「照片」写入你选择的成片。App 不读取、扫描或分析系统相册中的任何照片和视频。
5. 设备姿态
拆开包装后，App 会实时读取设备的重力与倾斜方向，为照片提供轻微的立体视差效果。这些设备姿态数据只在内存中用于当前画面，不会保存、上传或用于识别你。
6. 我们不收集的数据
我们不收集照片、视频、位置、通讯录、设备标识、使用记录或广告标识，不进行用户画像、行为分析或跨 App 跟踪，也不向第三方出售或共享个人数据。
7. 反馈邮件
当你点击 App 内的反馈入口时，KaKa Camera 只会打开你的邮件应用，并预填 App 版本、iOS 版本和设备型号，以便定位问题。邮件必须由你确认后才会发送。我们只会收到你主动发送的邮件内容，并仅用于处理反馈和提供支持。
8. 儿童隐私
KaKa Camera 不收集任何用户的个人数据，因此也不会有意收集儿童的个人数据。
9. 政策变更
如果 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会同步更新本页面和 App 内的隐私政策，并修改页面顶部的更新日期。
1. Scope
This policy applies to the KaKa Camera iOS app provided by xdx_lab. KaKa Camera does not require an account, include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, or make network requests.
2. Camera Access
The app uses camera access to provide viewfinder and capture features. Camera frames, captured photos, and film effects are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to or cached on a server.
3. Photos Stored in the App
Captured photos are stored in the app's local storage and cannot be directly accessed by other apps. These photos are deleted with the app when KaKa Camera is uninstalled. Save any photos you wish to keep to the system Photos library first.
4. Photos Library Access
Only when you choose to save a photo does the app request add-only access and write the selected image to the system Photos library. The app does not read, scan, or analyze any photo or video already in your library.
5. Device Motion
After a pack is opened, the app reads the device's gravity and tilt direction in real time to provide a subtle parallax effect for the photo. This device-motion data is used only in memory for the current view and is never stored, uploaded, or used to identify you.
6. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect photos, videos, location, contacts, device identifiers, usage history, or advertising identifiers. We do not profile users, analyze behavior, track users across apps, or sell or share personal data with third parties.
7. Feedback Email
When you use the in-app feedback option, KaKa Camera only opens your email app and prefills the app version, iOS version, and device model to help diagnose an issue. Nothing is sent until you approve the email. We receive only the content you choose to send and use it solely to respond to feedback and provide support.
8. Children's Privacy
KaKa Camera does not collect personal data from any user and therefore does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update both this page and the in-app privacy policy and revise the date shown above.
