HappyPop 的开发者不通过 App 收集任何个人数据。App 没有账户、服务器、广告、统计或跟踪功能。 The developer of HappyPop does not collect personal data through the app. The app has no accounts, servers, advertising, analytics, or tracking.
本政策适用于由 xdx_lab 提供的 HappyPop（中文名“嗨皮啵啵”）iPhone 与 iPad App，以及本支持网站。本政策解释 App 在设备上处理哪些信息，以及开发者会不会收到这些信息。
This policy applies to the HappyPop iPhone and iPad app (also known as “嗨皮啵啵”) provided by xdx_lab, and to this support website. It explains what the app processes on your device and whether the developer receives that information.
开发者不通过 App 收集、传输、出售或共享个人数据。App 没有网络请求、用户账户、登录系统或后端服务器，也没有接入第三方 SDK。
The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the app. The app makes no network requests and has no user account, sign-in system, backend server, or third-party SDK. It includes no ads, advertising identifier, analytics, cross-app tracking, third-party crash reporting, cloud sync, or iCloud storage.
如果你选择添加照片，App 会调用 Apple 的系统照片选择器。App 只能取得你在系统界面中明确选择的那一张照片，不会获得浏览整个相册的权限。
选中的照片会经过降采样，并保存在 App 自己的本地沙盒中。人物抠图使用 Apple 提供的设备端 Vision 能力完成。原图、抠图结果、裁切位置和帽子位置均不会上传，也不会写回系统相册或同步到 iCloud。
If you add a photo, the app uses Apple’s system photo picker. The app receives only the photo you explicitly select and does not gain permission to browse your photo library. The selected photo is downsampled and stored in the app’s local sandbox. Subject cut-out uses Apple’s on-device Vision capability. The photo, cut-out, crop, and hat placement are never uploaded, written back to your library, or synced to iCloud.
你输入或选择的生日、年龄、显示名字、语言、主题和播放偏好只保存在当前设备上，用来决定动画展示的内容。开发者无法访问这些信息。
Your birthday, age, display name, language, theme, and playback preferences are stored only on your current device and are used to determine what appears in the animation. The developer cannot access them.
App 不请求相册完整访问、相机、麦克风、位置、通讯录或跟踪权限。音效通过系统音频播放能力输出；App 不录音。触觉反馈使用设备的系统触觉能力。
The app does not request full photo-library access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or tracking permission. Sound effects use system audio playback; the app does not record audio. Haptics use the device’s built-in haptic capability.
点击 App 内的“反馈建议”只会打开你自己的邮件 App，并预填版本、设备型号和系统版本。邮件不会自动发送，你可以在发送前查看、修改或删除全部内容。
如果你主动发送邮件，xdx_lab 将收到你的邮件地址、正文以及你选择保留的诊断信息。这些信息仅用于阅读、回复和处理你的问题，不会用于广告或跟踪。邮件服务商会按照其自身政策处理邮件传输。
Tapping Feedback only opens your own mail app with the app version, device model, and system version pre-filled. Nothing is sent automatically, and you can edit or remove everything before sending. If you choose to email us, xdx_lab will receive your email address, message, and any diagnostic details you leave in place. This information is used only to read, respond to, and resolve your request, never for advertising or tracking. Your email provider processes delivery under its own policy.
可在 App 设置中点击“移除”删除保存的照片和抠图结果。卸载 App 会删除其本地沙盒中的照片、生日信息和全部设置，不会在开发者服务器留下副本，因为 App 没有服务器。

Use Remove in Settings to delete the saved photo and cut-out. Uninstalling the app deletes the photo, birthday information, and all settings in its local sandbox. No copy remains on a developer server because the app has no server. Support emails you send may be retained until your request is resolved or for as long as reasonably needed to maintain support records. You may email us to request deletion of support correspondence.
HappyPop 不通过 App 收集任何人的个人数据，包括儿童的数据。家长或监护人如代表儿童发送支持邮件，可以联系我们删除相关支持往来。
HappyPop does not collect personal data through the app from anyone, including children. A parent or guardian who sends a support email on behalf of a child may contact us to request deletion of that correspondence.
如果 App 将来加入联网、账户、分析、广告、云同步或新的系统权限，本政策会在相关版本发布前同步更新。页面顶部会显示最近更新日期。
If a future version adds networking, accounts, analytics, advertising, cloud sync, or new system permissions, this policy will be updated before that version is released. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
