HappyPop 是一款在 iPhone 和 iPad 上本地生成生日动画的创意工具。你可以设置生日、年龄、显示名字、主题和照片，并在设备上播放或自行录制最终画面。
HappyPop is a creative tool that generates birthday animations locally on iPhone and iPad. You can set a birthday, age, display name, theme, and photo, then play or record the result on your device.
在你遵守本条款和适用的 App Store 规则的前提下，xdx_lab 授予你一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用 HappyPop。
Subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules, xdx_lab grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HappyPop on Apple devices you own or control.
你保留对自己添加的照片、名字和其他内容所拥有的权利。你应确保有权使用这些内容，尤其是在录制、发布或分享包含他人肖像的画面时。HappyPop 不会取得你内容的所有权，也不会将其上传到开发者服务器。
You retain whatever rights you hold in photos, names, and other content you add. You are responsible for having permission to use that content, especially when recording, publishing, or sharing an image containing another person. HappyPop does not take ownership of your content or upload it to a developer server.
你不得尝试破坏 App、规避系统安全措施、侵犯他人权利，或将 App 用于违法、骚扰、欺骗或有害目的。不得在法律禁止的范围内复制、出租、出售、再许可或分发 App 本身。
You must not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass platform security, infringe the rights of others, or use the app for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful purposes. You may not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the app itself except where the law expressly permits.
某些视觉能力依赖设备型号和系统版本。xdx_lab 可能为修复问题、改善体验或适配系统变化而更新、调整或停止某项功能。我们会尽合理努力保持 App 可用，但不保证任何功能永久不变或在所有设备上表现完全一致。
Some visual capabilities depend on device model and system version. xdx_lab may update, adjust, or discontinue a feature to fix issues, improve the experience, or adapt to platform changes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available but do not promise that every feature will remain unchanged or behave identically on every device.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，HappyPop 按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，不作超出法律要求的明示或默示保证。对于因设备兼容性、系统限制、用户内容或非开发者可控事件造成的间接或附带损失，xdx_lab 不承担超出适用法律要求的责任。本条款不排除法律不能排除的消费者权利。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyPop is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those required by law. xdx_lab is not liable beyond what applicable law requires for indirect or incidental loss arising from device compatibility, platform limits, user content, or events outside the developer’s control. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
本条款由你与 xdx_lab 之间订立，而非你与 Apple 之间订立。xdx_lab 而非 Apple 负责 HappyPop 及其支持。你对 App 的使用还须遵守 Apple Media Services 条款和适用于你所在地区的 App Store 规则。
These terms are between you and xdx_lab, not between you and Apple. xdx_lab, not Apple, is responsible for HappyPop and its support. Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules applicable in your region.
我们可能在 App 功能或法律要求变化时更新条款。重大变更会通过更新本页面及顶部日期予以说明。继续使用更新后的 App 即表示你接受当时有效的条款。
We may update these terms when app features or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected on this page and in the date above. Continued use of an updated app means you accept the terms then in effect.
