为什么有些照片不能自动抠出人物？
自动抠图依赖设备上的系统能力以及照片里是否有清晰主体。优先选择人物边缘清楚、背景不过于复杂、没有严重遮挡的照片。如果没有找到明确主体，HappyPop 会把整张照片作为照片卡使用，不会上传照片。
Subject cut-out depends on on-device system capability and a clearly identifiable subject. Try a photo with clean edges, a simpler background, and less obstruction. If no clear subject is found, HappyPop uses the full image as a photo card. The image is never uploaded.
如何得到全身、半身或头像效果？
导入照片后，在“构图”步骤选择“全身”“半身”或“头像”。单指拖动照片，双指缩放；取景框内就是主题最终使用的范围。三种构图会分别记住自己的位置和大小。
After importing a photo, choose Full, Half, or Portrait in the Framing step. Drag with one finger and pinch with two. The area inside the frame is what themes will use, and each framing keeps its own position and scale.
如何调整生日帽？
完成构图后进入“戴帽”步骤。直接拖动帽子改变位置，双指缩放和旋转；右侧滑杆可以精细调整大小和角度。照片在这一步会保持锁定。
Continue to the Hat step after framing. Drag the hat to move it, then pinch and rotate with two fingers. The sliders provide fine size and angle adjustments while the photo stays locked.
为什么没有声音或触觉反馈？
请检查设备音量、静音状态，以及 HappyPop 设置中的声音和触觉开关。部分 iPad 或外接音频设备的输出路径可能不同。App 不使用麦克风。
Check device volume, silent mode, and the sound and haptic switches in HappyPop settings. Audio routing can differ on iPad or with external audio devices. The app does not use the microphone.
照片、生日和名字会上传吗？
不会。HappyPop 没有网络功能或开发者服务器。照片、抠图、生日、名字和设置只保存在设备上的 App 沙盒中。详情请阅读隐私政策。
No. HappyPop has no networking feature or developer server. Photos, cut-outs, birthdays, names, and settings stay in the app’s sandbox on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
如何删除保存的照片和其他数据？
在 HappyPop 设置的照片区域点击“移除”，可删除照片和抠图结果。卸载 App 会删除其本地沙盒中的全部照片、生日信息和设置。
Tap Remove in the photo section of HappyPop settings to delete the photo and cut-out. Uninstalling the app deletes all photos, birthday information, and settings in its local sandbox.
支持哪些设备？
HappyPop 面向运行 iOS 或 iPadOS 18.6 及以上版本的 iPhone 和 iPad，主要以横屏方式使用。部分本地视觉能力可能因设备型号和系统版本而有所不同。
HappyPop supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later and is designed primarily for landscape use. Some on-device visual capabilities may vary by device model and system version.
